It is the smallest palindromic prime with 3 primes embedded: 13, 3 and 31

Find the next one.

131 is also a permutable prime.




EDIT

Most likely, in base ten the only permutable primes are
2, 3, 5, 7, 13, 17, 37, 79, 113, 199, 337, their permutations...

    hyper-permutable prime! All the combinations and permutations (with 1 or 2 or 3 figures) are prime! or not?
